Take ownership of the entire customer lifecycle by designing and scaling marketing programs that drive engagement, conversion, and long-term customer value. This leadership role blends strategic vision with hands-on execution, giving you the opportunity to build high-impact lifecycle campaigns while laying the foundation for a growing team. Working closely with cross-functional partners across marketing, product, engineering, sales, operations, and analytics, you will leverage data, automation, and personalization to optimize every stage of the customer journey. - Own and execute the end-to-end lifecycle marketing strategy across the entire customer journey, from acquisition through engagement, conversion, and reactivation.
- Design and optimize customer journeys, audience segmentation, personalization strategies, testing roadmaps, and nurture campaigns to improve conversion rates and customer retention.
- Develop lifecycle messaging frameworks, email campaigns, templates, customer communications, and campaign briefs that deliver a consistent brand experience.
- Manage ongoing lifecycle marketing programs, campaign calendars, performance optimization initiatives, and cross-channel customer engagement strategies.
- Establish KPIs, reporting frameworks, experimentation methodologies, and performance analyses to improve funnel efficiency and business growth.
- Partner closely with marketing, product, engineering, sales, analytics, and operations teams to implement integrated customer lifecycle initiatives.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for lifecycle marketing platforms, collaborating on journey architecture, audience management, data governance, and marketing automation.
- Build and lead a high-performing lifecycle marketing team as the function expands, providing leadership, coaching, and strategic direction.
- 7+ years of experience in Lifecycle Marketing, CRM Marketing, Email Marketing, Retention Marketing, Customer Marketing, or a closely related discipline.
- Proven leadership experience building, managing, or mentoring marketing teams.
- Extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
- Demonstrated success developing lifecycle marketing strategies from concept through execution, optimization, and performance measurement.
- Strong expertise in customer journey mapping, audience segmentation, personalization, A/B testing, campaign optimization, and marketing automation.
- Excellent copywriting, email marketing, and customer communication skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience defining KPIs, interpreting performance metrics, and translating insights into business improvements.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Sales, Analytics, and Operations.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments with a hands-on approach to building new processes and programs.
- Experience in fintech, financial services, lending, proptech, or other regulated industries is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with compliance requirements, customer privacy considerations, and regulated marketing practices is considered a strong advantage.
- Strong organizational, communication, leadership, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Competitive total on-target earnings ranging from $210,000 to $235,000 USD annually, including base salary and biannual performance bonuses.
