• Meet with commercial and residential clients to identify opportunities.
• Walk properties, review plans, and develop creative solutions.
• Prepare professional estimates, proposals, and bids.
• Present projects with confidence and close profitable work.
• Build long-term relationships with property managers, contractors, developers, and homeowners.
• Follow up on opportunities and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Identify enhancement opportunities with existing customers.
• Help grow our Landscape Construction & Enhancement Division by 30%.

• Lead projects from the first meeting through final completion.
• Schedule crews, equipment, subcontractors, and materials.
• Keep projects organized, efficient, and moving forward.
• Visit jobsites regularly to ensure quality and production expectations are being met.
• Communicate with customers throughout the project.
• Resolve challenges quickly and professionally.
• Complete final walkthroughs and ensure every project meets our standards.

• Own the financial performance of your projects.
• Develop accurate estimates with strong gross profit margins.
• Monitor labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor costs.
• Compare estimated costs to actual job costs.
• Work closely with leadership and accounting to maintain an accurate P&L.
• Look for opportunities to improve efficiency and profitability on every project.
