Responsibilities

• Rüsten und Einrichten von CNC-Dreh-, Fräs- oder Bearbeitungszentren
• Einfahren neuer sowie bestehender CNC-Programme
• Auswahl und Vermessung der erforderlichen Werkzeuge
• Durchführung von Werkzeugwechseln und Korrekturanpassungen
• Überwachung und Optimierung der Fertigungsprozesse
• Durchführung von Erstteilprüfungen und Freigaben
• Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Qualitätsanforderungen und Zeichnungsvorgaben auf Basis von Arbeits- und Prüfplänen
• Behebung von Störungen und Unterstützung bei der Ursachenanalyse
• Durchführung von Wartungs- und Reinigungsarbeiten gemäß Wartungsplan
• Dokumentation von Produktions- und Qualitätsdaten
• Unterstützung bei kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsmaßnahmen (KVP)

Qualifications

• Abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung, z. B. als Zerspanungsmechaniker (m/w/d) oder ähnliches
• (Mehrjährige?) Erfahrung im Einrichten von CNC-Maschinen wünschenswert
• Sicheres Lesen technischer Zeichnungen
• Kenntnisse in der Anwendung von Mess- und Prüfmitteln
• Qualitätsbewusste und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
• Teamfähigkeit und Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit
• Wünschenswert: Erfahrung im Umgang mit INDEX Dreh- und Fräszentren
• Wünschenswert: Programmierfähigkeiten
