- Oversee the cleanliness and presentation of all member-facing areas, including entrances, lobbies, lounges, dining spaces, restrooms, locker rooms, fitness facilities, wellness spaces, and other shared amenities. This may include cleaning during times of minimal staffing.
- Develop and manage cleaning schedules that support daily Club operations, peak member usage, dining services, special events, and seasonal business demands.

- Ensure compliance with applicable safety, sanitation, chemical handling, and workplace health standards.
- Participate in Club Operations leadership meetings and contribute to operational planning, service improvements, and initiatives that enhance the overall member experience.
- Maintain consistent leadership visibility throughout both clubhouses, proactively identifying opportunities to improve cleanliness, presentation, and operational efficiency.
- Assisting with any other housekeeping related needs as needed throughout each season.
