Since 1993, Trend Performance has set the industry standard in high-performance valvetrain technology. Its pushrods, wrist pins and valvetrain components are trusted in high-performance and diesel engines.

As a Janitor at Trend Performance and Diamond Pistons, you'll keep our Warren and Clinton Township facilities clean and well cared for, both in the office and on the plant floor. You'll work closely with your supervisor and our building maintenance team to make sure issues are reported and handled. A clean, well-kept building helps everyone do their best work safely.

What you'll do:

• Put safety first and never pass on a defect, no matter what leaves your hands.
• Work like a pit crew and bring innovation to finding better, faster and smarter ways to work.
• Empty trash throughout the facility every day.
• Sweep and mop floors and common areas in the office and plant.
• Clean restrooms and windows and report any needed repairs to your supervisor.
• Keep the outside grounds clear of trash and cigarette butts.
• Complete inventory paperwork accurately so supplies stay on track.
• Report unsafe conditions and work with building maintenance when needed.
• Take ownership of your work and look for ways to make it better.
• Help keep our workplace safe, organized and respectful.

What you bring:

• Passion for what you do and pride in your work.

• Willingness to work at our Warren and Clinton Township facilities on alternate days.
• Ability to occasionally lift and move up to 50 lbs.
• Comfort wearing required PPE, including gloves, safety glasses and hearing protection.
• Dependable attendance and a commitment to following company policies.
• Attention to detail in your cleaning and paperwork.
• Ability to work well with supervisors and maintenance staff.
• A commitment to safety and quality.
• Passion for what you do and pride in your work.

Nice to have: Experience stripping and waxing floors.
