We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and results-driven District Manager to oversee multiple Arby's restaurant locations in the Columbia/Summerville, SC market.

SOMETHING TO HANG YOUR HAT ON

As a District Manager, you will play a key role in driving operational excellence, developing restaurant leadership teams, and ensuring the success of your assigned locations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee daily operations of multiple Arby's restaurants.
2. Coach, mentor, and develop General Managers and their teams.
3. Drive sales growth, profitability, and overall restaurant performance.
4. Monitor labor, food costs, inventory, and controllable expenses.
5. Ensure compliance with Arby's brand standards, company policies, and food safety requirements.
6. Maintain exceptional guest service and restaurant cleanliness.
7. Recruit, develop, and retain strong restaurant leadership teams.
8. Serve as a liaison between restaurant management and corporate leadership.

WE HAVE THE MEATS – YOU HAVE THE TALENT

Qualifications:

1. Previous Arby's District Manager experience strongly preferred.
2. Minimum of 1 year of District Manager or multi-unit restaurant leadership experience.
3. Minimum of 4 years of restaurant management experience.
4. Strong knowledge of quick-service restaurant (QSR) operations.
5. Proven ability to lead teams, increase sales, and manage profitability.
6. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
7. Strong understanding of P&L statements, labor management, and food costs.
8. Ability to travel regularly between assigned restaurant locations.
9. Must be a hands-on leader who leads by example and holds teams accountable.

WHAT WE OFFER:

Competitive Salary: $75,000 – $100,000 Annually (Based on Experience)
