Job Description

Marketing Coordinator

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Marketing Coordinator based in Spain.

We are looking for a proactive, execution-focused Marketing Coordinator to help turn marketing strategies into tangible results within a fast-paced direct-to-consumer (D2C) ecommerce environment. In this role, you will work closely with senior leadership, contribute to marketing discussions and ensure that priorities move efficiently from planning to completion. You will coordinate influencer and creator partnerships, manage creator platform activities and support retention marketing initiatives across multiple channels. Your ability to follow up, solve problems and keep projects moving will be essential to the team's success. This opportunity is ideal for a hands-on marketing professional who thrives on taking initiative, communicating clearly and delivering results without unnecessary complexity. You will have direct exposure to decision-makers and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on day-to-day marketing operations.

Accountabilities:
  • Coordinate creator and influencer outreach: Manage outreach to existing customers and potential brand advocates, including athletes' families, authors, social media creators with large audiences and dental professionals. Handle initial communications, follow-ups and activity tracking to build productive partnerships.
  • Manage creator platform operations: Oversee day-to-day activities on the Tribe creator platform, including reviewing and processing submissions, preparing creator briefs, communicating expectations and following up to ensure deliverables are completed on time.
  • Drive marketing execution: Turn priorities discussed with senior management into actionable tasks, coordinate next steps and ensure that marketing initiatives progress from concept to completion.
  • Support retention marketing initiatives: Follow up with external vendors and internal stakeholders to confirm that assigned campaigns and deliverables are completed as planned, identify delays and proactively resolve outstanding issues.
  • Coordinate marketing projects: Provide general operational support across the marketing function, organize tasks, manage timelines and ensure that assets and information reach the appropriate people when needed.
  • Maintain accountability and visibility: Track project progress, communicate updates, flag bottlenecks and ensure that commitments are followed through without unnecessary delays.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership: Participate in marketing calls, take direction from company leadership and translate strategic decisions into practical actions and measurable progress.
  • Improve day-to-day workflows: Identify opportunities to simplify coordination, strengthen follow-up processes and help the marketing team operate more efficiently.
Requirements:
  • Professional experience: One to three years of experience in direct-to-consumer (D2C) or ecommerce marketing. Relevant backgrounds may include agency coordination, brand marketing, influencer marketing or similar marketing support roles.
  • Execution-oriented mindset: A strong bias toward action, with the ability to prioritize tasks, take initiative and deliver work promptly rather than overcomplicate processes or delay decisions.
  • Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the professionalism and confidence to communicate effectively with senior executives, founders, creators, vendors and other stakeholders.
  • Comfort working with leadership: Ability to participate confidently in calls with senior decision-makers, receive direct feedback and translate instructions into clear, actionable next steps.
  • Organizational and coordination skills: Strong attention to detail, time management, follow-up and task prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple ongoing activities in a fast-moving environment.
  • Creator and influencer marketing familiarity: An understanding of creator outreach, influencer partnerships, campaign coordination or related marketing activities is beneficial.
  • Technical proficiency: Familiarity with ecommerce and marketing tools such as Shopify, Klaviyo, creator management platforms and ClickUp is an advantage.
  • Adaptability and ownership: A proactive, resourceful approach to problem-solving, with the ability to work independently, identify obstacles and maintain momentum without constant supervision.
  • Availability: Ability to work full-time according to Central Standard Time (CST) working hours, with the possibility of greater scheduling flexibility in the future.
Benefits:
  • Remote work model: Work remotely while supporting a distributed marketing operation.
  • Full-time employment: A full-time position offering consistent involvement in marketing execution and coordination.
  • Direct leadership exposure: Work closely with senior management and participate in marketing discussions, gaining insight into strategic decisions and business priorities.
  • Hands-on experience: Develop practical expertise in creator partnerships, influencer marketing, ecommerce operations and retention initiatives.
  • Ownership and responsibility: Take an active role in ensuring projects progress, deliverables are completed and marketing priorities translate into results.
  • Professional development: Build experience across multiple marketing functions and develop valuable project coordination, communication and execution skills.
  • Potential for flexibility: The opportunity for greater flexibility in working hours may become available over time.
