Sales Auditor Job Description

Job Details:

• Employment Status: Permanent/ Full Time

• Starting Pay: Based on Education & Experience

• Hours of Operation: Monday – Friday and weekends (depending on business needs and schedule)

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Audit data entered in the agency management system

• Report findings

• Provide feedback and recommendations based on findings

• Collaborate with the Sales Department, Accounting Department and Training Department

• Create and maintain spreadsheets to track audit results

• Identify policy deficiencies in the binding process

• Efficiency to navigate carrier sites and the agency management system simultaneously

• Assist with any special projects as needed

• Foment a culture of service

• Other duties as assigned

Education & Experience:

• 1+ years of auto insurance experience

• Bilingual English & Spanish (preferred)

• Computer literacy

• Proficiency in Google Sheets

• Knowledge of the carrier systems to be audited

• Excellent communication skills both oral and written

• Self starter with good analytical and problem solving skills

• Planning and Organizational Skills

• Great attention to detail
