• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing consumer lending team
• Oversee lending operations, underwriting guidance, and loan decision-making
• Monitor portfolio performance, risk, and compliance
• Improve lending processes and member experiences
• Partner with leadership to support lending strategy and growth

• 5+ years of consumer lending or financial services experience
• Strong knowledge of underwriting, credit analysis, and lending regulations
• Leadership and team development experience
• Experience with lending technology and loan origination systems
• Credit union or community banking experience preferred
