AG - Traffic Coordinator in Jacksonville, Florida at TOTE Resources LLC

Summary: Traffic and Logistics Coordinators are responsible for managing and facilitating the receiving and shipping operations at Aqua Gulf. The ideal candidate should possess strong record-keeping skills and a customer-focused mindset.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Manage the scheduling and monitoring of incoming and outgoing loads, including the coordination of receiving and shipping activities.Process orders for clients and intercompany divisions efficiently.Communicate effectively with suppliers, retailers, and customers, including decision-makers.Plan and track the shipment of final products according to customer specifications.Maintain logs and records of warehouse inventory, orders, and activities.Prepare accurate reports for upper management.Qualifications:

Over one year of experience as a Traffic Coordinator or in a similar role is preferred.A High School Diploma or GED is required; an Associate’s Degree is preferred.Experience in customer service, with a focus on account management.Proven ability to meet deadlines and work effectively in a time-sensitive environment.Proficient with Outlook, Excel, and Word.Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities.Equal Opportunity Employer
