Occupational Therapist in West Lake Hills, Texas at MLee Therapy
Job Description
MLee Therapy is a family-centered pediatric therapy clinic in Westlake, part of an interdisciplinary practice offering speech-language pathology, occupational therapy, and physical therapy. We believe great therapy starts with strong relationships: with children, with their families, and with each other.
We’re looking for a pediatric Occupational Therapist who loves helping kids build independence, confidence, and the skills they need for play, learning, and daily life. You’ll work with children across a range of needs, including sensory processing, fine and gross motor development, feeding, self-regulation, and handwriting, and you’ll partner closely with parents so progress carries over at home and school.
You won’t be doing this alone. You’ll work side by side with SLPs and PTs, share ideas, co-treat when it helps a child, and learn from clinicians who care about doing this work well. We invest in our people through mentorship, continuing education, and a culture where your voice matters.
What you’ll do:
Evaluate and treat children using individualized, evidence-based, play-based approaches
Write clear, timely documentation and treatment plans
Coach and educate families with practical, parent-friendly strategies
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team, teachers, and other providers
Contribute to a warm, supportive clinic community
What we offer:

2 Weeks Paid Time Off

Pediatric outpatient experience (new graduates and clinical fellows with strong pediatric fieldwork are welcome to apply)
