WE’RE LOOKING FOR A HANDS-ON OPERATOR Our successful dealer group is seeking a highly driven General Manager to lead one of our dealership operations in beautiful Northern California.

We are looking for an operator — someone who understands every moving piece of a successful dealership and knows how to turn opportunity into results. Someone who is in charge, but also can work within financial budgets set by the group standard.

This is a significant leadership opportunity for an automotive professional who knows how to lead from the front, build a winning culture, develop people, drive profitability and take complete ownership of the operation.

We need a GM who is visible, engaged, accountable and knows how to get things done. Someone who still desks deals and interacts with customers every day.

GM experience is a strong plus, but we are willing to consider an exceptional automotive executive with the leadership ability and proven track record to step into the role.

With our group resources and support team, we need a leader who is confident enough to seek help and support where there is a great quantity of training and support offered.If your experience is so vast and amazing, you have nothing left to learn, this opportunity is not for you. If you run a dealership at our optimum level of 5% or more Net to Sales, you’ll be given a wide berth to lead and run your store.

• Maintain strong manufacturer relationships and standards

• Work closely with variable and fixed operations
• Be highly visible and engaged throughout the dealership
• Lead by example and execute
• Have Excellent communication and customer-service skills
• Possess a competitive mindset with a history of producing measurable results
