Love grocery shopping and spending time in the beautiful Colorado mountains?

Moving Mountains is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Grocery Shopper to help create a five-star guest experience by delivering and stocking groceries in our luxury vacation homes throughout the Steamboat Springs area. This flexible, seasonal position is perfect for someone who enjoys staying active, working independently, and helping guests settle in and enjoy their mountain getaway!

POSITION: Grocery Shopper

SUMMARY: Winter Seasonal job. Approximately 10-20 hours per wee, you decide how many grocery shops you want to do while working within the Moving Mountains grocery delivery program. Approx. November-April. Must be 21 to purchase alcohol for guest orders. Mileage paid if using a personal vehicle.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Grocery Delivery

Shop for groceries from a list provided by the guest
Stock groceries into residences
Submit grocery receipts
WAGES:

1/2 of the $60 delivery fee which is $30 and a percentage of the total grocery bill.
QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma/GED or college degree
Flexible working hours and ability to work on weekends

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIORNMENT:
Frequently required to stand and walk, talk and hear; climb, balance, bend, stoop, kneel or crawl; Continually required to utilize hand and finger dexterity
Continual exposure to wet and/or humid conditions, extreme heat or cold (non-weather); Continual exposure to outside weather conditions
While performing the duties of this job, the noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud
• The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 20 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds

Specific vision abilities required by this job include: Close vision; Distance vision; Color vision; Peripheral vision; Depth perception and ability to adjust focus
Additional remarks regarding work environment: Able to get in and out of a vehicle, Must be able to walk on icy & slippery surfaces, May be required to drive
Specialized equipment, machines, or vehicles used: Shuttles, Suburbans, Mini’s and trailers.
