Jubilee Ministries is seeking a dependable, friendly, and hardworking Thrift Store In-Charge Associate to join our new Shillington, PA thrift store team.

Please note: This position is expected to have a tentative start date of November 2, 2026. Candidates should consider this anticipated start date when applying. The date may be adjusted based on store-opening needs and final onboarding timelines.

What You’ll Do

• Provide an excellent customer service experience for everyone who enters the store or visits the dock.
• Operate the register as scheduled.
• Assist management in resolving customer concerns and returns.
• Assist in opening and closing store and dock as instructed.
• Assist in keeping shelves and racks full and displayed attractively and assist in keeping store and dock clean and organized.
• Process donations according to policy.
• Assist with loading or unloading purchases & donations.
• Be part of staff meetings and team building.

The Details

Tentative Start Date: November 2, 2026

Schedule: Monday – Saturday

Hours: Availability between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm

Compensation: $15.00/hour
