Pay: $50.00/hour
Pay Schedule: Weekly Pay + Benefits Available
Contract: 6-month assignment

SuiteMate Healthcare Staffing, a Joint Commission Certified healthcare staffing agency, is seeking experienced and dependable Registered Nurses (RNs) for a long-term psychiatric/behavioral health assignment in Wichita Falls, TX.

This position provides nursing care to individuals with mental health, behavioral health, intellectual/developmental, and complex medical needs.

• 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Shift availability depends on unit staffing needs.

• Provide direct nursing care and patient assessments
• Administer medications and treatments
• Monitor patient health and changes in condition
• Respond to medical and behavioral health needs
• Maintain accurate nursing documentation
• Follow established clinical, safety, and Joint Commission standards

• Active Texas RN License or eligible Compact License
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience
• Psychiatric, behavioral health, or IDD experience strongly preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team
• Must successfully complete required background checks, drug screening, and compliance requirements

Candidates must be available for required orientation and nursing training Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM during the first month.
