As the first point of contact for our guests, you’ll help create a great stay by welcoming visitors, managing check-ins and check-outs, handling reservations, and quickly resolving questions. Ability to remain calm, patient, and diplomatic when handling complaints and resolving issues. Ability to collect accurate information and handle guest requests effectively. Able to stand for long periods during shifts. Available to work weekends as scheduled.
