Commercial Maintenance Engineer in Austin, Texas at Tarantino Properties Inc

Tarantino Properties is seeking a Commercial Maintenance Engineer for shopping centers and some office buildings. Properties are located North Austin and surrounding area properties (north Austin, Liberty Hill and Georgetown).

The Commercial Maintenance is responsible for performing a wide range of duties across a variety of trades including plumbing, electrical, sheetrock, cleaning, painting, flooring, carpentry, concrete repair, and other related work.

• Buildings are located north Austin and surrounding area properties (north Austin, Liberty Hill, Georgetown).
• Must have a minimum of 4 years’ experience in commercial maintenance
• Proven experience in a hands on/mechanical setting
• Solid understanding of technical aspects of mechanical, structural, plumbing, and electrical systems with the ability to troubleshoot
• Must be able to work independently, take ownership and responsibility for all work done with attention to detail
• Must have reliable transportation to/from work
• Position requires a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check
