Marketing Manager, Channel & Digital in Peachtree Corners, Georgia at GardenCore LLC

GardenCore is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager, Channel & Digital to lead channel partner marketing, retail media, digital properties, social channels, and online community programs. This role will connect GardenCore's brand and commercial priorities with retailer-owned media and digital consumer touchpoints, driving disciplined activation, measurable performance, and consistent experiences across partner platforms and GardenCore-owned channels.

The Marketing Manager, Channel & Digital will work hybrid schedule of 3-4 days per week onsite, and 1-2 days remotely located in the Peachtree Corners, GA office.

• Lead channel partner marketing strategy and annual activation plans across key retail and distribution partners, aligning GardenCore priorities with partner calendars and commercial goals.
• Manage retail media programs across platforms such as Lowe's Media Network (LMN), The Home Depot Orange Apron Media, Walmart Connect, and other relevant partner ecosystems.
• Develop full-funnel media plans across sponsored search, onsite display, offsite media, email, social, content, and other available partner placements.
• Own GardenCore digital properties, including corporate and brand websites, landing pages, digital content hubs, and related customer-facing experiences.
• Lead social media strategy, content planning, publishing, paid amplification, community management, and governance across brand and corporate channels.
• Build and manage online communities and engagement programs that strengthen consumer connection, answer common questions, surface insights, and protect brand reputation.
• Partner with retailers, Sales, brand marketing, agencies, and e-commerce teams to develop channel-specific campaigns, content, product stories, and activation toolkits.
• Oversee paid and organic search strategy, including keyword planning, search engine optimization, search engine marketing, and performance optimization.
• Create measurement frameworks and dashboards for impressions, engagement, traffic, conversion, sales, return on ad spend, and other agreed performance indicators.
• Analyze campaign and platform performance, translate findings into business recommendations, and continuously optimize audience, creative, placement, and spend.
• Manage external digital, media, social, web, and production agencies or vendors, including scopes of work, timelines, budgets, deliverables, and performance.
• Travel approximately 10-15% for customer meetings, agency collaboration, trade shows, and team planning.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, digital media, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience will be considered.
• 7-10+ years of digital, e-commerce, retail media, channel marketing, or integrated marketing experience, preferably in consumer products, retail, lawn and garden, home improvement, or a related industry.
• Hands-on experience with retail media networks such as LMN, Orange Apron Media, Walmart Connect, or comparable platforms; experience across multiple networks is strongly preferred.
• Proven experience managing websites, social platforms, digital content, paid media, organic search, and performance marketing programs.
• Demonstrated success managing digital advertising budgets and improving return on ad spend or comparable performance outcomes.
• Experience with web analytics, campaign measurement, tagging, reporting, testing, and optimization.
• Ability to translate data into concise insights, business recommendations, and executive-ready reporting.
• Strong understanding of the digital customer journey, content operations, online community management, and brand governance.
• Experience managing agencies, vendors, platform partners, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Excellent project management, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Highly analytical, results-driven, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365; familiarity with analytics, content management, social publishing, digital asset management, or marketing automation platforms is beneficial.
• Ability to travel 10-15% of the time.
