  • Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing sales and development talent across the organization
  • Establish scalable sales methodologies, governance practices, and best-in-class go-to-market processes
Requirements

This role requires extensive leadership experience in enterprise sales, business development, and vertical market strategy, with deep expertise in the Local Government or public sector environment. The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and a hands-on commercial leader capable of driving complex sales cycles.

  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders and build trusted executive-level relationships
  • Experience working across cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, and product development
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic presentation skills
  • Strong understanding of infrastructure, energy systems, sustainability, or smart building solutions is highly valuable
