  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive proposals, reports, and presentations.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts, deadlines, and priorities in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and project management tools (Asana or similar).
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across departments and influence stakeholders effectively.
  • Self-starter with strong ownership, accountability, and ability to work independently while contributing to team success.
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% as needed for partner engagement.
  • Passion for mission-driven work and commitment to advancing community impact and volunteer engagement initiatives.
Benefits:

  • Remote-first work environment with flexibility based on U.S. Eastern or Central time zones
  • Generous paid time off, including holidays and organizational closure period
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage
