  • Support Agile development processes, including sprint planning, user story refinement, estimation, and iterative delivery.
  • Design and implement system integrations with external applications and platforms using Oracle standards and web services.
  • Ensure adherence to development standards, configuration management, version control, and deployment best practices.
  • Conduct performance tuning, troubleshooting, and optimization of Oracle applications and database interactions.
  • Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to development teams and ensure quality engineering practices are followed.
  • Develop system documentation, technical artifacts, and user guides for ongoing support and compliance requirements.
  • Support production environments, ensuring SLA adherence, issue resolution, and continuous system reliability.
  • Participate in system design reviews, architecture discussions, and governance processes.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) development, support, and implementation.
  • Strong expertise in Oracle Financials and SCM modules, including AR, GL, SLA, OM, Purchasing, and Inventory.
  • Hands-on experience with PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, BI Publisher, SQL, and Oracle Database technologies.
  • Experience working with Agile methodologies, including VersionOne or similar tools for sprint and backlog management.
  • Strong understanding of system integration, application architecture, and enterprise software design principles.
  • Experience in analyzing complex business requirements and translating them into scalable technical solutions.
  • Solid background in debugging, performance tuning, and optimizing Oracle applications in production environments.
  • Familiarity with Oracle development standards, lifecycle methodologies, and configuration management practices.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across technical and functional teams.
  • Experience mentoring developers and providing technical leadership in enterprise environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience preferred.
