We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Room Attendant who takes pride in creating clean, inviting spaces and enjoys being part of a supportive team.
  • As part of our commitment to attracting and retaining exceptional talent, eligible Room Attendants can earn up to $750 in retention bonuses:
    • $250 after successfully completing the first month of employment
    • $250 after completing three additional months of employment (Month 4)
    • $250 after completing another three months of employment (Month 7)

    What You'll Do
    As a Room Attendant, you'll play an essential role in ensuring every guest enjoys a comfortable and memorable stay. You'll be responsible for preparing guest rooms to the highest standards while helping maintain the overall cleanliness and presentation of the hotel.
    Responsibilities
  • Clean and service guest rooms according to hotel standards.
  • Change bed linens, make beds, and replenish towels and guest amenities.
  • Vacuum, dust, mop, and sanitize guest rooms and assigned areas.
  • Restock minibars and room amenities as needed.
  • Maintain clean and organized housekeeping carts and supply areas.
  • Report maintenance issues, damaged items, or safety concerns promptly.
  • Update room status and communicate effectively with the Housekeeping team.
  • Respond courteously to guest requests and support fellow team members as needed.
  • Follow all hotel safety, cleanliness, and service standards.
    • What We're Looking For
  • Previous hotel housekeeping or Room Attendant experience preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
  • Dependable, organized, and able to work independently.
  • Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
  • Comfortable performing physically active work, including standing, bending, lifting, and pushing carts throughout the shift.
  • Basic English communication skills required; Spanish is a plus.
  • Availability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
