This is a highly analytical and collaborative role within a fast-paced, global clinical development environment where precision and strategic thinking are essential.

Accountabilities:
  • Lead and independently deliver global feasibility and analytics activities for RFPs and standalone studies across multiple therapeutic areas and indications.
  • Analyze clinical, operational, and country-level data to assess site and country suitability, patient access, enrollment likelihood, and competitive landscape.
  • Develop evidence-based feasibility strategies, including enrollment modeling, site identification, and study optimization recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (medical, business development, proposal, and operational teams) to review protocols, sponsor requirements, and timelines.
  • Produce high-quality feasibility reports, presentations, and insights to support bid strategies and study design decisions.
  • Conduct scientific literature research and leverage internal/external datasets to inform feasibility assessments and strategic recommendations.
  • Contribute to the development of feasibility tools, metrics, and analytics systems to enhance organizational decision-making and efficiency.
  • Support bid defense preparation and participate in stakeholder meetings under guidance when required.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Medical Research, or a related scientific field.
  • 5+ years of experience in clinical research, feasibility, clinical analytics, or a CRO environment.
  • Strong understanding of clinical trial processes, study design, and global drug development frameworks.
  • Proven experience analyzing complex clinical and operational datasets to support strategic decision-making.
  • Ability to develop enrollment models, feasibility assessments, and country/site selection strategies.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and data analysis tools.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with ability to present complex data clearly.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
  • Experience working in virtual, global, and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining strong stakeholder collaboration and alignment.
  • Bonus: experience in bid development, clinical trial optimization tools, or mentoring/leadership responsibilities.
Benefits:
  • Fully remote work arrangement across LATAM
  • Competitive compensation package
  • Exposure to global clinical development programs and high-impact pharmaceutical projects
  • Career development opportunities in a highly specialized analytics and feasibility function
  • Collaborative and international work environment
  • Flexibility to work independently within a global matrix structure
  • Continuous learning opportunities in clinical strategy, data analytics, and feasibility science
  • Inclusive, diverse, and growth-oriented culture
