This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Feasibility Strategy Analytics Lead (Sponsor dedicated) based in Brazil.
This role sits at the intersection of clinical research strategy, data analytics, and study feasibility, supporting the design and execution of efficient clinical trial strategies across multiple countries and therapeutic areas. You will play a key role in evaluating country and site feasibility, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize patient recruitment and study delivery. The position involves close collaboration with global stakeholders, including medical, business development, and proposal teams, to shape robust and competitive study strategies. You will analyze complex clinical and operational datasets to support decision-making for RFPs and feasibility assessments. Acting as a subject matter expert in feasibility analytics, you will also contribute to improving tools, methodologies, and reporting frameworks. This is a highly analytical and collaborative role within a fast-paced, global clinical development environment where precision and strategic thinking are essential.
- Lead and independently deliver global feasibility and analytics activities for RFPs and standalone studies across multiple therapeutic areas and indications.
- Analyze clinical, operational, and country-level data to assess site and country suitability, patient access, enrollment likelihood, and competitive landscape.
- Develop evidence-based feasibility strategies, including enrollment modeling, site identification, and study optimization recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (medical, business development, proposal, and operational teams) to review protocols, sponsor requirements, and timelines.
- Produce high-quality feasibility reports, presentations, and insights to support bid strategies and study design decisions.
- Conduct scientific literature research and leverage internal/external datasets to inform feasibility assessments and strategic recommendations.
- Contribute to the development of feasibility tools, metrics, and analytics systems to enhance organizational decision-making and efficiency.
- Support bid defense preparation and participate in stakeholder meetings under guidance when required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Medical Research, or a related scientific field.
- 5+ years of experience in clinical research, feasibility, clinical analytics, or a CRO environment.
- Strong understanding of clinical trial processes, study design, and global drug development frameworks.
- Proven experience analyzing complex clinical and operational datasets to support strategic decision-making.
- Ability to develop enrollment models, feasibility assessments, and country/site selection strategies.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and data analysis tools.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with ability to present complex data clearly.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
- Experience working in virtual, global, and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining strong stakeholder collaboration and alignment.
- Bonus: experience in bid development, clinical trial optimization tools, or mentoring/leadership responsibilities.
