This role is ideal for someone who thrives in consulting, enjoys solving complex system challenges, and has deep experience in higher education admissions technology.

Accountabilities:
  • Deliver CRM consulting services to higher education campus partners, primarily within Technolutions Slate environments
  • Support system implementations, workflow optimization, and development of Slate-based communications and enrollment campaigns
  • Engage regularly with clients via virtual meetings to demonstrate solutions, troubleshoot issues, and guide best practices
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects while ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of all assigned work
  • Work with sensitive student data while maintaining strict confidentiality and compliance with applicable regulations
  • Provide insights and feedback on client needs, market trends, and product improvements to internal leadership
  • Contribute to enhancing CRM strategies that improve enrollment outcomes and institutional efficiency
Requirements:
  • 5–7 years of experience in higher education admissions
  • At least 3+ years of experience as a Slate Captain or CRM administrator (or equivalent admissions CRM platform experience)
  • Strong expertise in Technolutions Slate or similar CRM systems used in higher education enrollment
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot technical and process-related issues and deliver effective solutions quickly
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with confidence in leading virtual consulting sessions
  • Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines in a project-based environment
  • High level of discretion and experience handling sensitive student data and records
  • Flexibility to support responsive client communication and virtual collaboration
Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation based on experience and project scope
  • Flexible independent contractor arrangement
  • Remote work with collaboration across multiple institutions
  • Opportunity to work directly with higher education institutions nationwide
  • Exposure to advanced CRM implementations and enrollment strategy consulting
  • Professional experience in a mission-driven, education-focused environment
  • Opportunity to influence CRM best practices across multiple campuses
