This role sits at the center of revenue, data, and operational excellence, ensuring that sales and go-to-market teams can rely on accurate, actionable information. You will play a key role in maintaining data integrity across systems while helping improve processes that directly impact sales performance and decision-making. Working closely with Sales, Revenue Operations, and senior leadership, you will identify gaps, resolve data issues, and enhance operational workflows. The environment is highly collaborative, data-driven, and fast-paced, with strong emphasis on continuous improvement and problem-solving. You will also support the adoption and optimization of revenue tools, ensuring teams are fully enabled to perform at their best. - Ensure high-quality data integrity across revenue systems and sales tools
- Collaborate with sales teams to validate inputs, troubleshoot issues, and improve data accuracy
- Analyze revenue and sales data to identify trends, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement
- Support the optimization and adoption of sales and revenue tools across the organization
- Contribute to the improvement and automation of Revenue Operations processes
- Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into actionable insights
- Assist leadership with reporting, dashboards, and operational analysis to support decision-making
- 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or similar analytical roles
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce, including reporting, dashboards, and data troubleshooting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis techniques
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to data accuracy and detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work under deadlines
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams
- BA/BS degree or equivalent professional experience
- Nice to have: experience with tools such as Outreach, Gong, SQL, or forecasting platforms
- Interest in SaaS, technology, and continuous learning of new tools and systems
