Job Description:
As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in developing and overseeing behavior intervention plans for individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. You will work closely with families, caregivers, and a team of therapists to assess, design, and implement individualized treatment plans, ensuring the highest level of care and positive outcomes.

Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles and evidence-based practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience in behavior analysis, particularly in clinical or home-based settings, preferred
- Experience with assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, FBA) and treatment planning
- Passion for helping individuals with developmental disabilities and their families
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments (e.g., Functional Behavior Assessments, Skill Acquisition Assessments)
- Develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on assessment data
- Provide direct supervision and support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Train and mentor RBTs and other staff members
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure consistent care
- Collect and analyze data to track client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and state regulations
- Participate in ongoing professional development and attend team meetings
