Accountabilities:
  • Serve as the primary subject matter expert for quality management, analytics, and customer experience applications, supporting clients throughout implementation and optimization journeys.
  • Lead customer adoption initiatives by demonstrating business value, validating data integrity, and helping stakeholders achieve measurable outcomes from their technology investments.
  • Advise clients on best practices related to quality assurance, customer experience improvement, operational performance, and analytics-driven decision-making.
  • Champion the adoption of AI-powered capabilities, automation tools, and predictive analytics solutions to help clients improve efficiency and enhance customer outcomes.
  • Guide organizations through the transition from manual processes to AI-enabled analytics frameworks while ensuring alignment with business objectives and performance goals.
  • Conduct discovery workshops, solution design sessions, training programs, and enablement activities for stakeholders ranging from operational users to executive leadership.
  • Collaborate closely with product, professional services, and customer success teams to align customer feedback, product innovation, and value realization strategies.
  • Develop client self-sufficiency by promoting data literacy, knowledge transfer, and sustainable operational practices.
  • Monitor client performance metrics, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend strategic actions that drive continuous business value.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in consulting, customer success, analytics, quality management, or a related business consulting role.
  • Strong understanding of contact center operations, customer experience management, and performance optimization strategies.
  • Proven ability to manage analytics and quality initiatives from concept through execution while balancing multiple priorities and stakeholders.
  • Experience facilitating consultative workshops, discovery sessions, and solution design engagements with both technical and business audiences.
  • Familiarity with speech analytics, text analytics, quality management platforms, or customer experience technologies.
  • Knowledge of AI-driven automation, predictive analytics, machine learning applications, and their impact on operational performance.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex datasets into actionable business recommendations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, storytelling, and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Experience working collaboratively across cross-functional teams in fast-paced and evolving environments.
  • Working knowledge of databases and SQL is considered a strong asset.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and highly organized with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
