• Position Title: Senior IT Program Manager – Public Health & Government Projects
• Location: Raleigh NC (Hybrid)

We are seeking an experienced IT Program Manager to lead a large-scale public health technology modernization initiative. The ideal candidate will have experience managing complex IT programs, vendor relationships, budgets, project portfolios, and executive stakeholders.

Requirements:
• 10+ years of IT Project/Program Management experience
• Experience with public health, healthcare, or government projects
• Strong vendor, budget, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience leading large system implementations or legacy system replacement projects
• PMP/PgMP certification preferred
• Agile experience preferred

This role requires excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional teams simultaneously.
