Safe School Officer (Guardian Program Certified) in Land O Lakes, Florida at Dynamic Integrated Security Inc

We are looking for a Certified Safe School Officer who is committed to school safety and the well-being of students. The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Monitoring and enforcing security procedures and protocols
• Responding promptly to emergencies and critical incidents
• Preventing conflicts and fostering positive relationships within the school community
• Conducting safety drills and training sessions
• Preparing official reports and required documentation
Required Licenses:
• D License
• G License
• DL
• CCW
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

Required Certifications:
• Guardian Safe School Officer Training Certificate (Aaron Feis)
Important: Please do not apply unless you hold one of the following certifications: D License, G License, CCW, and Coach Aaron Feis Guardian Program.

Education Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED
• Training in law enforcement, security, or military service

Experience and Skills:
• Minimum of 3 years of combined experience in law enforcement, security, emergency response, or corrections
• Advanced firearm handling and tactical training skills
• Intermediate knowledge of emergency response systems and procedures
• Fluent in both spoken and written English
• Ability to stand, walk, and remain active for extended periods, both indoors and outdoors

• Knowledge of school policies and law enforcement practices

Experience Requirement:
• Military service or private/correctional security: 3 years required

Other Important Requirements:
• Must pass a drug test under s.112.0455, a psychological evaluation under
Chapter 490 / Department of Law Enforcement, and a background check
• Must own a firearm, a Level 3 retention duty belt, and at least 5 magazines
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Full availability for in-person work is required

• 8-hour shift
