Supervisor Imaging Services - CT SCAN
Join a team where your leadership truly matters. At Kootenai Health, we’re looking for an Supervisor, Imaging Services CT SCAN who’s passionate about supporting caregivers, elevating patient experiences, and helping shape the future of diagnostic excellence in our community.
In this vital role, you’ll direct and oversee day‑to‑day operations across CT team leading staffing schedules, daily assignments, onboarding, and ongoing education to ensure our teams deliver the exceptional care our patients deserve.
What you will do!
• Act as a clinical resource for team in daily problem solving
• Perform imaging studies within area of oversight as needed
• Mentor new employees
• Participate in Regulatory Compliance training and activities
• Participate in quality assurance and quality improvement projects
• Ensure compliance with established regulations and standards including quality improvement projects, quality assurance, and confidentiality and documentation
• Maintain technical expertise and competency to operate equipment for departmental coverage needs
• Cover for other areas within Imaging Services department in absence of supervisor as needed
• Perform annual performance evaluations, coaching and counseling
What you will bring!
• Graduate of an accredited college in area of oversight with credentialing in one of the following required:
• CT: Graduate of an accredited college in Radiologic Technology or US Military equivalent required and ARRT Registered required as well as CT Certification from ARRT
• Bachelor degree preferred
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in area of oversight
• Previous leadership experience preferred
• Ability to use a computer and department specific software and EHR programs
• BLS required
