Monitor system health and performance using tools like Grafana, Prometheus, Zabbix, and cloud-native observability platforms, proactively resolving issues.
Perform Linux/Unix system administration tasks including patching, maintenance, and troubleshooting of OS, hardware, and database issues.
Support incident management processes, ensuring SLA adherence and conducting root cause analysis for recurring or critical issues.
Manage databases such as MySQL and PostgreSQL, along with web servers like Apache and Nginx, ensuring stability and performance.

Requirements:

6+ years of experience in systems administration or hybrid infrastructure management roles in enterprise environments.
Strong hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as OCI, AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Solid understanding of Linux/Unix systems, including troubleshooting, file systems, performance tuning, and system tools.
Experience with infrastructure automation tools such as Terraform and configuration management tools like Ansible or Puppet.
Proficiency in monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, Zabbix, or similar solutions.
Strong networking knowledge including DNS, HTTP, TCP/UDP, and OSI model fundamentals.
Experience with scripting in Bash, Python, or Ruby for automation and operational tasks.
