This role sits at the intersection of healthcare operations, product analysis, and data-driven problem solving within revenue cycle management. You will work closely with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders to translate complex business needs into scalable product and process improvements. The position plays a key role in improving financial performance, claim accuracy, and reimbursement efficiency across healthcare systems. You will analyze end-to-end revenue cycle workflows, identify friction points, and recommend solutions that enhance both operational efficiency and patient experience. Operating in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, you will help shape impactful product enhancements backed by strong analytical insight. In this role, you will act as a key bridge between business stakeholders and product/engineering teams to ensure effective delivery of healthcare revenue cycle solutions. You will analyze workflows, gather requirements, and translate them into actionable product specifications while driving measurable operational improvements.
- Conduct user interviews, map user journeys, and document pain points, use cases, and workflow gaps across revenue cycle processes
- Gather, validate, and translate business and system requirements into clear, actionable deliverables for product and technical teams
- Analyze end-to-end revenue cycle operations to identify inefficiencies and improve claim acceptance, reimbursement speed, and financial outcomes
- Support data-driven decision-making through trend analysis, performance reporting, and operational insights
- Define problem statements, evaluate potential solutions, and recommend improvements based on business impact and feasibility
- Communicate findings, risks, and recommendations to stakeholders across operational, clinical, and technical functions
- Identify and support implementation of process improvements that enhance scalability, compliance, and operational efficiency
The ideal candidate brings strong analytical capability, healthcare domain understanding, and the ability to operate effectively in cross-functional, fast-moving environments. You should be comfortable working with data, documenting requirements, and influencing stakeholders at multiple levels.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- 2–5+ years of experience in business analysis, product analysis, or similar roles
- Strong understanding of healthcare revenue cycle management (preferred)
- Experience gathering, documenting, and managing business and system requirements
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to interpret complex datasets and translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Visio, or similar platforms (preferred)
- Familiarity with HIPAA, PHI, and healthcare compliance standards
- Demonstrated ability to use AI tools and apply AI-driven approaches to improve processes and productivity
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment
