This role is central to delivering high-quality client service and ensuring smooth execution of commercial Property & Casualty insurance accounts.
You will act as a key point of contact for business clients, supporting their risk management needs and ensuring policies, renewals, and endorsements are handled accurately and efficiently.
The position blends client relationship management with operational execution, requiring strong attention to detail and a service-driven mindset.
You will collaborate closely with sales teams and internal specialists to ensure seamless account support and long-term client satisfaction.
A key focus of the role is maintaining accuracy, compliance, and responsiveness across all insurance servicing activities.
You will also contribute to improving workflows and enhancing the overall client experience through process optimization.

- Manage day-to-day servicing of commercial Property & Casualty insurance accounts, ensuring timely and accurate execution of client requests.
- Support the full policy lifecycle including renewals, endorsements, cancellations, audits, billing, and payment processing.
- Coordinate the issuance of certificates of insurance, evidence of coverage, schedules, and related documentation.
- Maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and consistent follow-up on service needs.
- Collaborate with sales and internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding, renewal, and retention processes.
- Ensure compliance with agency procedures, insurance regulations, and internal quality standards.
- Use agency management systems and tools (such as Applied Epic) to manage workflows, records, and reporting.
- Identify opportunities to improve service efficiency and enhance the client experience.
- 5+ years of experience in commercial insurance, account management, or client service roles within the insurance industry.
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license required.
- Strong knowledge of commercial lines insurance processes, including policy servicing and renewals.
- Experience working with agency management systems such as Applied Epic is preferred.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills with a client-first mindset.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid understanding of insurance regulations, compliance standards, and documentation requirements.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Hourly compensation range of $28–$43 per hour
