About the Role

Happy to Help Caregiving is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Idaho Falls. In this role, you will provide professional nursing oversight and support to clients receiving care in their homes, helping ensure they remain safe, healthy, comfortable, and independent.

As an RN, you will play a vital role in coordinating care, conducting assessments, developing care plans, and supporting caregivers and families with clinical guidance. Our nurses are trusted members of the care team who bring professionalism, compassion, clinical expertise, and respect to every interaction. If you are passionate about helping others and committed to providing high-quality care, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

Depending on client needs and agency requirements, responsibilities may include:

  • Developing, reviewing, and updating individualized care plans
  • Supervising and supporting caregivers to ensure quality care and compliance with care plans
  • Providing nursing oversight and clinical guidance to clients, families, and caregiving staff
  • Monitoring client health status and identifying changes that may require intervention or additional services
  • Coordinating care with physicians, family members, case managers, and other healthcare professionals
  • Educating clients and families on health conditions, safety concerns, and care recommendations
  • Performing nursing visits and maintaining accurate documentation in accordance with agency policies and regulatory requirements
  • Reviewing incident reports, client concerns, and caregiver observations to ensure appropriate follow-up
  • Assisting with care transitions and ensuring continuity of care
  • Supporting client independence, dignity, personal preferences, and overall well-being through compassionate care coordination

You will help ensure every client receives safe, respectful, and high-quality care while maintaining professional standards and promoting positive outcomes.

Qualifications

We're looking for nurses who are compassionate, organized, professional, and committed to delivering exceptional client-centered care.

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Idaho required
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check
  • Strong assessment, documentation, and care coordination skills

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Reliable attendance and professionalism are essential
