The Payroll Coordinator is responsible for performing assigned duties in accordance with NRHN policies, procedures, and standards of care while supporting the organization’s mission, values, and commitment to quality outcomes.
Essential Responsibilities
Ensure timely and accurate processing of the payroll. Ensure the accuracy of the timecards and the interface between the Time and Attendance System to the Payroll System. Process bi-weekly tax deposits for payroll. Perform quarterly and annual tax filings. Perform bi-weekly payroll analysis. Answer all related payroll inquiries. Assist in the monthly financial close to include the preparation of journal entries and account reconciliations.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in business / accounting or comparable experience.
- Have basic working knowledge of Excel or spreadsheet applications including, but not limited to, inputting and formatting formulas, printing.
