Territory Sales Executive – (1099 Contractor)
Location: U.S.
Reports To: Director of Sales
Type: Independent Contractor (1099) | Field-Based
Are you a true hunter who thrives on building relationships, creating opportunities, and closing deals? MagnaWave/AuraWell is seeking an entrepreneurial Territory Sales Executive to develop a high-potential market within the equine and wellness industries. This is a commission-only 1099 opportunity designed for experienced sales professionals who want unlimited earning potential and the freedom to run their own business.
The experienced 1099 outside sales representative to expand MagnaWave and AuraWell's footprint in a high-potential market, ideally California, Texas, or another state with a strong equine and/or wellness presence. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in commission-based field sales, understands and thrives in the 1099 structure, is self-directed, and is comfortable traveling within their territory to build relationships and close business. Experience in equine, veterinary, wellness, or medical device sales is a strong plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and develop new business opportunities
- Build and manage a consistent pipeline of qualified prospects
- Educate prospective clients on the benefits and applications of PEMF technology
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for potential customers
- Guide prospects through the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing
- Represent MagnaWave and AuraWell at trade shows, expos, and industry events
- Build local awareness through networking, referrals, and social media engagement
- Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking within Odoo CRM
- Continuously strengthen product expertise and industry knowledge
What Success Looks Like
Successful Territory Sales Executives typically:
- Build a consistent pipeline of new opportunities
- Close equipment sales within their territory
- Convert company-provided leads while generating their own opportunities
- Maintain disciplined CRM activity and forecasting
- Establish MagnaWave and AuraWell as the leading PEMF solution in their local market
Training & Certification
All Territory Sales Executives must complete MagnaWave/AuraWell's training and certification program, including:
- Certification & Sales Training (in-person at Louisville HQ)
- PEMF technology fundamentals and product education
- Sales process training and objection handling
- CRM (Odoo) training for pipeline management and forecasting
Qualifications
- Prior experience in sales, business development, or related industries preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to operate independently
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Comfortable using technology including CRM systems, video conferencing, and social media
- Willingness to travel for training and industry events
This is a high-earning opportunity for the right person, our compensation plan rewards performance with tiered commission up to 15%, and the product sells itself once people experience it.
