Part-time position (10-20 hours per week) that primarily works evenings and weekends. Responsible for planning and coordinating conferences, meetings, banquets, and other special events. Coordinates event logistics, schedules facilities and related activities, and prepares and maintains required event documentation.

- One (1) year of experience in event planning, hospitality, customer service, project coordination, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
