This role is a strategic leadership opportunity focused on building and expanding high-impact partnerships with global systems integrators and audit firms.
The position will drive partner-led growth by embedding compliance solutions into partner ecosystems and creating scalable revenue opportunities.
You will lead alliance strategies, strengthen executive relationships, and collaborate across sales, business development, and product teams.
The role requires a deep understanding of governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) markets along with strong commercial leadership.
You will help shape partner programs, accelerate adoption, and influence how organizations automate and manage security compliance.

The Senior Director, Global GSI and Audit Firm Alliances will own the strategy, development, and execution of strategic partnerships that accelerate business growth and strengthen market presence. This role combines partner leadership, revenue generation, and ecosystem development while working closely with internal teams and executive stakeholders.
- Lead, mentor, and develop alliance teams while managing a global network of strategic partners.
- Build and execute partnership strategies that create new revenue channels and expand market reach.
- Develop mutually beneficial programs that encourage partner adoption and automation of security compliance processes.
- Act as a product advocate within the partner ecosystem, educating partners on solutions and customer value.
- Enable global systems integrators and audit firms to successfully position and deliver compliance solutions to their customers.
- Drive partner-generated revenue by identifying opportunities, supporting sales initiatives, and aligning partner activities with business objectives.
- Build strong executive-level relationships with strategic partners and maintain long-term engagement.
- Create onboarding programs, success frameworks, performance metrics, and reporting processes to measure alliance effectiveness.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership, sales, business development, and alliance teams to achieve growth targets.
- Apply knowledge of customers, compliance trends, and market dynamics to improve partnership outcomes.
The ideal candidate is an experienced alliance and business development leader with a strong track record of building strategic partnerships, exceeding revenue goals, and operating successfully in technology-driven environments.
- 5+ years of experience leading teams in sales, business development, strategic partnerships, or account management roles.
- Significant knowledge of the GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) landscape and related market trends.
- Proven success managing global partnerships with systems integrators, consulting firms, or audit organizations.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed revenue targets through partner-led growth strategies.
- Strong executive presence with excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to develop scalable partner programs and translate strategy into measurable business outcomes.
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and comfortable navigating ambiguity in a high-growth environment.
- Strong strategic thinking combined with the ability to execute operationally.

- Expected on-target earnings (OTE) ranges:
- Tier 1: $326,700 - $403,600
- Tier 2: $294,100 - $363,300
- Tier 3: $261,400 - $322,900
