Warehouse and Shipping Coordinator in Medley, Florida at Arctic Industries LLC

Position Summary
We are looking for a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Warehouse & Shipping Coordinator to join our team.
This role is responsible for preparing outbound shipments, managing inventory, coordinating with freight carriers,
transporting materials between facilities, and keeping warehouse operations running efficiently.
The ideal candidate is bilingual, dependable, comfortable using technology, and takes pride in accuracy and
organization.
Responsibilities
Shipping & Freight
● Assemble customer orders using pick lists and prepare pallets for shipment
● Verify all items are picked accurately and shipped on schedule
● Schedule freight pickups and communicate with freight carriers
● Load and unload trucks safely using a forklift
● Operate a company box truck to transport materials between manufacturing facilities
Inventory Control
● Receive incoming inventory and accurately add it into inventory
● Deplete inventory as products are shipped or consumed
● Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies
Warehouse Operations
● Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe
● Organize materials for efficient storage and quick retrieval
● Communicate with warehouse staff, production teams, and freight vendors to ensure smooth operations
● Help identify opportunities to improve shipping efficiency and warehouse organization
Qualifications
Required
● Bilingual (English and Spanish preferred)
● Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
● Forklift operating experience
● Experience driving a large box truck
● Basic computer skills
● Experience with inventory control or warehouse operations
● Ability to lift and move materials throughout the day
● Strong attention to detail and accuracy
● Excellent organizational and time management skills
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred
● Current forklift certification
● Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
● Experience using NetSuite or another ERP / inventory management system
● Previous experience with shipping, receiving, logistics, or warehouse coordination
● Experience working with LTL and freight carriers

Physical Requirements
● Frequently lift and move materials weighing up to 50 pounds
● Stand, walk, bend, and operate warehouse equipment throughout the workday
● Safely operate forklifts and company vehicles
