Full-Time | Part-Time | Contract | 100% Outpatient | Minimal or No Call | Florida
Coastal Pain & Neurology Centers is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Interventional Pain Management Physician or Neurologist to join our growing, physician-led practice.

Interventional Procedures
Physicians are expected to perform a broad range of advanced procedures, including:
- Cervical, Thoracic & Lumbar Epidural Steroid Injections
- Caudal & Transforaminal Epidural Injections
- Facet Joint & Medial Branch Blocks
- Radiofrequency Ablation (Cervical, Thoracic & Lumbar)
- Sacroiliac Joint Injections & Minimally Invasive SI Joint Fusion
- Small & Large Joint Injections
- Spinal Cord Stimulator (SCS) Trials & Implants
- Dorsal Root Ganglion (DRG) Stimulation
- Intrathecal Pain Pump Trials & Implants
- Minimally Invasive Lumbar Decompression (MILD)
- Basivertebral Nerve Ablation (OptaBlate)
What You'll Do
- Evaluate and diagnose acute and chronic pain conditions
- Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Perform advanced interventional pain procedures
- Manage medications responsibly and in accordance with best practices
- Educate patients on treatment options and long-term pain management strategies
- Maintain timely and accurate EMR documentation
Schedule
- Full-Time Preferred (Part-Time & Contract Considered)
- Monday–Friday
- Primarily Outpatient

Qualifications
Required
- MD or DO from an accredited institution
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in:
- Pain Medicine
- Anesthesiology
- Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R)
- Neurology
- Related Specialty
- Active Florida Medical License (or ability to obtain)
- Active DEA Registration
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and clinical decision-making skills
- Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
Preferred
- Fellowship Training in Pain Management or Interventional Spine
- Outpatient Interventional Pain Management Experience
- Experience with Fluoroscopic and/or Ultrasound-Guided Procedures
- Familiarity with modern EMR systems
Education & Licensure
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
- Active Medical License
- DEA Registration
- BLS/ACLS Certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days)
