Job Description
Yellowstone Club’s Valet department is currently seeking candidates for Valet Attendants. Our season dates are from Thanksgiving weekend through typically the third weekend of April.
Responsibilities Include:
- Meet and greet all arriving/departing Members/guests in a timely manner
- Park and retrieve Member/guest and customer vehicles in specified areas in an efficient and safe manner
- Perform drive and park assignments per department policies/procedures
- Keep parking areas clean and orderly
- Provide Member assistance and information, such as giving directions or handling wheelchairs
- Shuttle Member/guest skis, poles, and snowboards from the porte-cochere to the snow, ski valet, or locker room valet
- Provide cleaning services for vehicles inside and out and fill them with gas/other fluids as needed
- Provide shuttle runs for Members/guests/employees
- Arrange for storage of Member skis, poles, snowboards, and related equipment
- As needed, provide deliveries/pickups at Mail Center, shuttles to/from Bozeman Yellowstone International Airport in Belgrade, and run other errands to Big Sky and Bozeman area, including grocery and dry cleaning pickup
- Safely transport all passengers
- Comply with Club traffic, public traffic, and highway safety rules and regulations in operating vehicles
- Follow written and verbal geographical directions
Position Requirements:
- HS Diploma or GED
- Must be 21 years of age or older for insurance purposes
- Min 1 year experience in customer service or valet attendant in luxury club or private resort setting
- Proficient in proper and safe driving of vehicles
- Must carry current and valid U.S. or International Driver License
- Driving record that meets Yellowstone Club insurance requirements
- Able to sit for extended periods of time and use vision, hearing, and hands/arms to drive vehicles
- Occasionally required to stand, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Successful completion of snow driving training provided by Yellowstone Club
- Must pass pre-employment background check, paid for by employer, which is carried out equally among U.S. workers and H-2B workers

Certificates & Licenses
Valid State Driver’s License.
Computer Skills
Basic computer skills.
Language Ability
Able to speak clearly and effectively with Members, guests, co-workers, vendors and other Yellowstone Club departments. Able to write clearly and legibly.
Math Ability
Able to perform basic math calculations.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to solve basic problems and/or know when it is necessary to get a manager to assist in problem solving.

The position offered is a seasonal position located in Big Sky, Montana.
