As we grow, we're looking for a Superintendent who can run the field with the same discipline and accountability we bring to every project.

About the role

The Superintendent is responsible for day-to-day field operations on ground-up commercial construction projects across the DFW area, overseeing schedule, safety, quality, and subcontractor coordination from mobilization through closeout. This role reports directly to the VP of Operations and works closely with the Project Manager and Project Engineer to keep the project on schedule and within scope. This is a field-based role working at active job sites throughout the DFW area. Travel between sites should be expected, and a vehicle/mileage allowance is provided to support site-to-site travel.

What you'll do

• Plan, direct, and oversee daily field activities on ground-up commercial construction projects, ensuring work is performed safely, on schedule, and to plan.
• Develop and maintain the master project schedule, sequencing trades and identifying schedule risks before they become delays.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors on site, holding them accountable to schedule, quality, and safety standards.
• Conduct daily site walks and produce accurate daily logs, progress photos, and reports in Procore.
• Lead site safety programs, conduct toolbox talks, and enforce OSHA compliance across all site activities.
• Coordinate material deliveries, equipment, and site logistics to keep the project running efficiently.
• Partner with the Project Manager and Project Engineer to resolve RFIs, review submittals, and manage change order impacts in the field.
• Manage quality control, punch list, and closeout activities to ensure a smooth turnover to the owner.
• Travel between active DFW job sites as needed to support multiple projects.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience as a Superintendent on ground-up commercial construction projects.
• Proven track record leading field operations from mobilization through closeout on projects of comparable scale and complexity.
• Strong working knowledge of commercial construction methods, scheduling, and subcontractor management.
• Working proficiency in Procore for daily logs, RFIs, submittals, and documentation.
• OSHA 30 certification required (or ability to obtain promptly upon hire).
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to hold subcontractors accountable and resolve field issues quickly.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel between DFW job sites.
