  • Recruitment & Enrollment: Support recruitment efforts, screen participants, obtain informed consent, and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Study Visit Execution: Perform delegated clinical tasks such as phlebotomy, sample collection/shipping, point-of-care testing, and investigational product accountability.
  • Data Integrity & Compliance: Complete source documents and CRFs, maintain CTMS records, report adverse events promptly, and ensure investigational product inventory and storage compliance.
  • Site & Administrative Support: Prepare for monitoring visits and audits, maintain ISF, organize exam rooms and labs, assist with scheduling and participant check-in/out, and support outreach events.

You Might Be a Great Fit If You:

  • Have at least 3 years of hands-on phlebotomy experience and are qualified to perform phlebotomy in Canada.
  • Have previous clinical research experience, including exposure to study protocols, GCP, participant visits, and clinical research documentation.

  • Are comfortable using clinical equipment such as blood pressure monitors, ECG machines, and point-of-care testing devices.
  • Have strong attention to detail and can maintain accurate, complete, and compliant documentation.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with participants, colleagues, and external partners.
  • Are self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision while contributing to a collaborative team.
  • Bring a proactive, organized, and solutions-focused approach to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
