A and P MECHANIC - Aircraft Disassembly and Engine Operations in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma at Rim Alliance

Position Summary
RIM Alliance is seeking an experienced FAA-certified Airframe and Powerplant (A and P) Mechanic to join our team. This position is responsible for aircraft disassembly projects, engine removals and installations, and daily shop activities. The ideal candidate has extensive business jet maintenance experience, strong technical knowledge, exceptional attention to detail.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Aircraft disassembly projects from induction through completion.
• Perform engine removals and installations.
• Promote a safe, organized, and productive work environment.
• Perform other maintenance-related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications
• FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A and P) Certificate.
• Minimum five (5) years of business jet maintenance experience.
• Demonstrated experience performing engine removals and installations.
• Ability to interpret aircraft maintenance manuals, wiring diagrams, engineering
drawings, service bulletins, and technical documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• High level of attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with Dassault Falcon, Bombardier Challenger, Bombardier Global, or
Learjet experience.
• Honeywell TFE731, HTF7000, or Rolls-Royce BR710.
