Overview
Are you a performance-minded marketer who enjoys working across creative, channels, and data? In this role, you will own key aspects of cross-channel campaign activations, performance optimization, and creative execution. Youll partner closely with channel strategists, creative teams, digital experience, and marketing analytics to bring buyer-aligned campaigns to market through high-quality, integrated activations. Drawing on your experience, youll identify opportunities for improvement by monitoring performance signals and uncovering gaps or misalignment. Your insights will inform in-market optimizations and continuous improvement efforts, helping ensure campaigns deliver strong results across channels at Esri.
Responsibilities
- Support and guide development of buyer-aligned paid and owned channel activation strategy in support of awareness, engagement, and demand goals. Ensure media and creative tactics align to target personas and stages of the buyer journey.
- Translate activation plans into actionable execution requirements. Maintain timelines, coordinate asset production, and support timely deployment across platforms.
- Assess in-market activations. Evaluate execution quality and engagement signals to surface activation insights and support optimization recommendations in partnership with channel strategists and production teams.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with crossfunctional stakeholders. Ensure activationrelevant alignment and consistency across media and creative efforts and communicate performance observations and activation insights to support and influence informed decisionmaking.
- Document campaign assessments and best practices to improve repeatability, speed to launch, and performance across future programs. Share learnings with channel strategists to inform future activation guidance.
- Stay current on cross-channel and creative best practices. Apply relevant learnings to creative evaluation and activation guidance across campaigns.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B digital marketing, campaign activation, or performancedriven marketing roles
- Demonstrated experience managing paid media, email marketing, and integrated digital campaigns from planning to reporting
- Ability to interpret activation and channellevel performance signals and translate them into actionable recommendations
- Proven experience collaborating with strategists, creatives, analytics partners, and crossfunctional stakeholders
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
- Occasional travel may be required (up to ~20%); travel needs may vary based on business requirements.

Recommended Qualifications
- Masters degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field
- Experience supporting B2B tech marketing campaigns in a matrixed or centerofexcellence marketing organization
- Experience with digital marketing tools such as Marketo, Hubspot, or other related marketing technology
- Familiarity with buyer journeys and how creative sequencing supports progression across channels
- Experience contributing to creative performance reporting and activation insight development
