About Restore Hyper Wellness

Restore Hyper Wellness is the award-winning creator of Hyper Wellness® — a revolutionary new category in health. With more than 200 studios across 40 states, we deliver innovative, science-backed therapies that empower clients to look and feel their best. By joining Restore, you become part of a movement dedicated to helping people expand their potential and do more of what they love.

At our Minnesota studios, medical services are a cornerstone of the client experience. Our nurses are not just clinicians — they are trusted advisors who help clients understand, pursue, and sustain their wellness goals. We lead with people-first values, clinical integrity, and a culture where the highest standards of care and genuine human connection are non-negotiable.

What We’re Looking For

The ideal Lead Registered Nurse is the clinical authority in the studio — the person the team looks to when a medical decision needs to be made, and the standard every other nurse is measured against. You bring advanced clinical expertise, sharp judgment, and a genuine commitment to client safety. You’ve earned the trust that comes with acute-care experience, and you bring that credibility into a fast-paced wellness environment without losing any of it.

But you’re more than a clinician. You’re a mentor who develops other nurses with intention, a communicator who can translate complex medical concepts for front desk staff and curious clients alike, and a leader who understands that clinical excellence and business performance are not in opposition — they reinforce each other. When the medical program thrives, clients get better outcomes and the studio grows. You get that, and you build toward it.

You sit on the studio leadership team alongside the GM and AGM. That means you’re not just running a medical department — you’re helping shape the culture, the performance, and the reputation of the studio as a whole. This role requires consistent presence and sustained engagement: it is available at Full-Time or Primary status only. If you’re looking for a clinical role with real leadership scope and the satisfaction of seeing your clients’ lives genuinely improve — this is it.

Role Overview

As Lead Registered Nurse, you’ll lead Restore’s medical operations within the studio. You are both a practicing clinician and a department leader — responsible for delivering exceptional client care, overseeing safety and compliance, mentoring the nursing team, and ensuring medical services consistently deliver safe, effective, and transformative results.

You’ll work closely with the General Manager on the studio leadership team, partnering on medical staffing, performance initiatives, and the integration of clinical services into the broader studio operation. The nursing team you lead — which may include Full-Time, Primary, and Casual status nurses — looks to you for clinical guidance, scheduling direction, and professional development.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Excellence

  • Deliver exceptional nursing care and expert clinical guidance to every client, every visit.
  • Administer IV drips, injections, and all other medical services with precision, professionalism, and strict adherence to protocol.
  • Conduct thorough client assessments and provide personalized, prescriptive recommendations aligned with individual wellness goals.
  • Apply acute-care clinical judgment in a fast-paced outpatient environment — recognizing when to escalate, adapt, or redirect care.
  • Stay current on emerging therapies, clinical best practices, and Restore’s evolving service offerings.

Training, Safety & Compliance

  • Serve as the clinical authority for all nursing protocols, standards, and safety procedures in the studio.
  • Train, onboard, and continuously develop all RNs in clinical operations, service delivery, and Restore’s protocols.
  • Educate front desk staff on medical services, safety considerations, and client communication to ensure seamless, safe client journeys.
  • Ensure strict, unwavering compliance with all medical, safety, regulatory, and licensure requirements.
  • Conduct regular protocol reviews and lead quality assurance efforts to maintain the highest standards of clinical practice.
  • Maintain accurate, complete clinical documentation for all services provided.

Medical Performance & Business Partnership

  • Drive medical department revenue through clinical excellence, service quality, and sustainable growth strategies.
  • Partner with the GM to develop and implement medical service activations (e.g., Performance Medicine, new service launches) aligned with studio goals.
  • Monitor medical KPIs — service volume, client retention, revenue contribution — and adjust processes to improve results.
  • Identify opportunities to expand medical service adoption and educate clients on the value of ongoing wellness protocols.
  • Contribute to pricing, promotion, and programming decisions that involve medical services in collaboration with studio leadership.

Studio Leadership & Team Management

  • Serve as a full member of the studio leadership team alongside the GM and AGM — contributing to culture, performance, and operational decisions.
  • Manage scheduling and staffing for all nursing coverage — coordinating across Full-Time, Primary, and Casual nurses to ensure consistent, high-quality service availability.
  • Lead regular nursing team check-ins: clinical updates, performance alignment, recognition, and coaching.
  • Partner with the GM on hiring decisions for nursing staff, including interviews, onboarding, and performance management.
  • Model the values, culture, and clinical standards you expect of your team — every shift, without exception.
  • Proactively identify and address clinical or operational issues, escalating to the GM and/or Medical Director as appropriate.
  • Contribute to a positive, high-performance studio culture where clinical and non-clinical staff work as one cohesive team.
  • Attend and participate in Restore Corporate and Medical Department meetings. Relay important information to the GM and Medical team.

Our Values in Action

  • Build an Exceptional Team Culture – We win together.
  • Find the Win-Win – We seek solutions that create value for everyone involved.
