Belonging and Inclusion Program Coordinator

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Belonging and Inclusion Program Coordinator based in the United States.

Accountabilities:

The Belonging and Inclusion Program Coordinator will support the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of employee engagement and inclusion programs. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build relationships across teams and regions.

  • Coordinate the planning and delivery of belonging and inclusion programs, employee events, speaker sessions, panel discussions, forums, and community-building activities.
  • Manage program calendars, event logistics, registrations, materials, communications, and follow-up activities to ensure high-quality employee experiences.
  • Support global employee communities by creating opportunities for connection across teams, functions, locations, and backgrounds.
  • Facilitate discussions, roundtables, and engagement activities while encouraging meaningful participation and collaboration.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders and external contributors to deliver impactful programming.
  • Collaborate with communications teams to promote initiatives, create awareness, and ensure employees have access to relevant resources.
  • Track participation metrics, gather employee feedback, analyze engagement trends, and provide insights to improve future programs.
  • Support employee-led initiatives, volunteer leaders, and broader people-focused projects.
  • Research trends and best practices related to belonging, inclusion, workplace culture, and employee engagement.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate is an organized and collaborative professional with experience supporting employee programs, communications, community initiatives, or related human resources activities. They should combine strong project management capabilities with a genuine interest in creating inclusive workplace experiences.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 2–4 years of experience in employee experience, diversity and inclusion, human resources, communications, learning and development, event management, community engagement, or program coordination.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Experience coordinating events, programs, employee initiatives, or community activities.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent follow-through and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work independently while developing effective relationships with stakeholders across teams.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, and collaboration or survey platforms.
  • Passion for workplace culture, employee engagement, belonging, and inclusive practices.
  • Experience supporting employee resource groups, workshops, discussions, or global teams is a plus.
