This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Inbound Marketing Specialist based in United States.

This role focuses on attracting, engaging, and converting potential customers through strategic inbound marketing initiatives.
The position plays a key role in building demand generation programs, nurturing leads, and supporting revenue growth.
You will create and optimize marketing campaigns across email, content, social media, and digital channels to generate qualified opportunities.
Working closely with sales teams, you will help transform marketing prospects into meaningful business conversations.
The role combines creativity, analytical thinking, and operational execution in a fast-paced technology environment.
You will contribute to improving campaign performance, maintaining accurate lead data, and strengthening customer engagement strategies.

Accountabilities:

The Inbound Marketing Specialist will support demand generation strategies by managing marketing campaigns, qualifying leads, and collaborating with sales teams to maximize conversion opportunities. This role requires strong organization, communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple marketing initiatives while maintaining accurate tracking and reporting.

  • Own and nurture the marketing lead funnel by qualifying prospects and developing campaigns designed to generate sales-ready opportunities.
  • Execute demand generation activities including email campaigns, blogs, eBooks, content syndication, online advertising, and social media initiatives.
  • Engage with leads through phone, email, and other communication channels to understand needs and assess sales potential.
  • Qualify marketing leads and convert them into prospective customers and qualified sales meetings.
  • Manage daily administrative activities supporting demand generation programs and campaign execution.
  • Develop, maintain, and clean lead lists to improve campaign targeting and effectiveness.
  • Create marketing content, landing pages, and email campaigns using marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot.
  • Research prospects to personalize outreach strategies and improve engagement.
  • Collaborate with sales development representatives and account executives to ensure smooth lead handoffs and gather feedback.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, campaign tracking information, and lead interaction history.
  • Update databases and reporting tools with campaign performance, statistical, and operational information.
  • Collect performance data for partner marketing initiatives and support additional marketing projects as needed.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate has a strong interest in inbound marketing and sales, with the ability to combine creativity, attention to detail, and analytical skills. They should be comfortable working in a collaborative environment and managing multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, demand generation, lead generation, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in inbound marketing strategies and sales processes.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office applications.
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms; HubSpot experience is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with strong follow-through and responsiveness.
  • Ability to analyze campaign data and maintain accurate records.
  • U.S. citizenship required.
