Accountabilities:

As an Administration Assistant / PA, you will provide tailored operational support to clients while ensuring smooth delivery of administrative services. You will manage priorities, maintain strong stakeholder relationships, and contribute to improving processes and ways of working.

  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of business assignments, ensuring accuracy, quality, and timely completion.
  • Organise and prioritise workloads across multiple tasks and projects while meeting deadlines and service expectations.
  • Track progress against agreed objectives, SLAs, and KPIs using project management and reporting tools.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, records, and governance standards across assigned activities.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders regarding progress, risks, challenges, and outcomes.
  • Participate in stakeholder meetings to align priorities, resolve issues, and maintain strong service delivery.
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, reduce inefficiencies, and enhance operational performance.
  • Support the adoption of digital tools, automation solutions, and technology-driven improvements.
  • Build trusted relationships with clients by understanding their needs and delivering personalised support.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate is an organised, proactive, and service-oriented professional with experience in administration, business operations, or client support. You should be comfortable managing multiple priorities, communicating with stakeholders, and using digital tools to improve efficiency.

  • Proven experience in business operations, administration, executive support, or client service delivery.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong stakeholder management abilities.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality work.
  • Proactive, solution-focused mindset with the ability to work independently.
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Intermediate to advanced technical proficiency, including systems navigation, data entry, and digital workplace tools.
  • Strong familiarity with productivity platforms such as GSuite and other business systems.
  • Experience with process improvement, automation platforms, or digital workflow tools is advantageous.
  • Previous experience in client account management, office management, or similar service-based roles is a plus.
