You will take ownership of complex data workflows, transform large datasets into actionable insights, and contribute to the evolution of analytics platforms.
The position combines technical expertise, analytical problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration with Product, Engineering, BI, and Client teams.
You will help improve attribution, measurement, automation, and reporting capabilities that directly influence business and customer outcomes.

As a Data Analyst, you will own key analytics workflows and contribute to the reliability, scalability, and continuous improvement of data platforms. You will collaborate with technical and business teams to deliver insights, optimize processes, and support product innovation.
- Take ownership of critical data workflows supporting analytics products and omnichannel solutions.
- Support enterprise-level analytics operations and ensure accurate, scalable reporting.
- Build, improve, and maintain SQL-based data pipelines and workflow processes.
- Develop and optimize Airflow DAGs, ETL processes, and data automation workflows.
- Conduct research and contribute ideas toward roadmap planning and new product features.
- Perform data deep dives, troubleshoot issues, and support internal and external stakeholders with analysis.
- Translate complex datasets into clear insights, dashboards, and actionable recommendations.
- Investigate data questions and provide solutions that improve platform performance and client outcomes.
- Contribute to automation initiatives, workflow improvements, and data product enhancements.
The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, hands-on experience working with large datasets, and the ability to independently manage complex data challenges. You should be comfortable combining technical execution with business understanding and cross-team collaboration.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in data analytics, data workflows, or related technical roles.
- Strong understanding of deterministic and probabilistic attribution methodologies.
- Experience analyzing multi-device campaign performance and user behavior.
- Advanced SQL skills, including writing and debugging complex queries from scratch using real business data.
- Strong knowledge of data workflows, joins, deduplication, quality assurance, and data validation processes.
- Experience working with Airflow workflows, ETL pipelines, or scheduling tools.
- Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, and advanced functions.
- Familiarity with web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
- Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms.
- Ability to work until approximately 3/4 PM ET while working remotely from India.
- Experience with Python for automation, workflow logic, or data processing.
- Basic experience designing data pipelines, optimizing workflows, or improving existing processes.
- Exposure to AI agents, automation tools, or workflow scripting is a plus.
- Knowledge of dashboard design and data storytelling.
- Experience with ELT processes, automation, or a statistics background.
- Exposure to healthcare-related datasets, hashed identifiers, workflow optimization, code refactoring, or project management tools is preferred.
- Previous experience building data products from scratch or contributing to R&D initiatives is a bonus.
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity, solve problems independently, and collaborate effectively across teams.
- Fixed compensation package inclusive of PF, gratuity, and a medical premium of INR 25,000.
- Target annual bonus of approximately 5% of gross annual earnings.
